Katherine Leary is the Director of the Center for Faith & Work.  Ms. Leary came to Redeemer in 2002 to establish the Center for Faith & Work and to develop effective ministries to help people nurture a meaningful integration between people’s faith and their professional work.  Prior to this ministry role at Redeemer, Katherine served 20 years in the high tech industry.  In California, she served as CEO of Pensare, Inc. – an online management education company, and CEO of One Touch Systems, Inc. – a hardware/software products company. Before that, she was President of Private Satellite Network – a satellite services company - in New York City.  She also worked in various consulting, sales, and marketing roles, primarily in the technology sector. 

She received an MBA from The Darden School, University of Virginia and a BA in Psychology and Education from Wittenberg University.  She became a Christian mid-career in NYC through the ministries of Redeemer Presbyterian Church. To contact Katherine, email cfw@redeemer.com or call 212-808-4460 x180.

Luann Jennings is the Coordinator of Arts Ministries. Luann came to Redeemer in September 2002 to work in the Worship & Arts Department while studying the Meisner Technique of actor training "on the side." She moved into the CFW to found its Arts Ministries division in September 2004. Before coming to NYC, Luann worked professionally in Atlanta for a dozen years as a theater director, administrator, and acting instructor. Calvin Chin is the Entrepreneurship Initiative Director at the Center for Faith and Work as of September of 2007. Before joining the Center for Faith and Work, Calvin worked in the finance industry for seventeen years. Most recently, he spent seven years with Burnham Securities, Inc. as a director with its investment banking group where he focused on a range of activities for clients in multiple industries. His experience at the boutique enabled him to work with start ups as well as small cap public entities. Calvin also has investment advisory experience at Chase Manhattan and Sanford C. Bernstein & Co., Inc. where he managed relationships with high net worth individuals. Calvin also serves on the board of Hope for New York.


Rev. David H. Kim is the Director of the Foundations Institute, Redeemer’s Fellows Program for young professions launching in the fall of 2008. David has served at Princeton University as a Chaplain and Executive Director of Manna Christian Fellowship for over twelve years. Manna has the unique vision of developing and engaging a gospel worldview, combining spiritual development with worldview formation. He received his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania in biology, his M.Div. from Westminster Theological Seminary, and his Th.M. from Princeton Theological Seminary in Christian Ethics. David studied under Max Stackhouse at PTS and focused on the public theology of Abraham Kuyper. David was also one of the founding editors of Revisions, a Journal of Christian perspective at Princeton University. Sonja Lee Chen
is the Program Coordinator for the Center for Faith & Work and Redeemer's Entrepreneurship Initiative.  Before joining Redeemer's staff, Sonja apprenticed with Irish church planters in Dublin through World Harvest Mission's Apprenticeship Program.  Sonja originally moved to New York City to study architecture at Barnard College, Columbia University in the City of New York and later served as the program coordinator of openhousenewyork, an architecture education organization, during the organization's inaugural years.  To contact Sonja, email sonja@redeemer.com or call 212-808-4460 x167.
