Hello,

What are you doing to make the world a better place? Can you envision that the work you do every day matters to God and could in some way be used by Him to transform culture? We hope you've registered to join us this weekend, Nov 4-5, to explore these questions at our very first Gospel & Culture Conference, the fruit of God at work in and through CFW's 9 years of ministry.

Please follow us on Facebook and Twitter as we share updates and news through this weekend (#gospelculture) and into the coming months. We eagerly await the fruit of His Spirit as our eyes are opened to God's work in the world and his promise to renew all of creation.

Sincerely,

CFW Team ShotKatherine, Calvin, Maria, Kenyon, David, Amilee, & Chris

FAITH & WORK VIDEO RESOURCES
Over the last year, the CFW staff has been working to compile and organize our resources for easy sharing. The first step in the process is organizing our Gospel & Culture Lectures and Ei Forum videos on the website. Talks are now available from some of your favorite authors and speakers, including Andy Crouch, N.T. Wright, Tim Keller, and others. Check back soon for more resources in other formats as well as additions from the Arts Ministry.

FAITH & WORK NIGHT
Starting in January, all vocation groups will start meeting on the same Monday night each month at Redeemer's new W83 building. We'll have space for all individual vocation group breakouts and a corporate time for common teaching. We hope that this will enable fellowship groups, spouses, friends, and roommates to attend together and simplify your calendars!
Jan 30 + Feb 27 + Mar 26 + Apr 23 + May 21

In addition to several vocation groups holding monthly meetings in November, (Healthcare, International Diplomacy, Business Fellowship, FSM, & Ei Fellowship) please SAVE THE DATE for CFW Christmas Reflections on Monday, December 19th @ 7:00PM. All vocation groups will gather for a time to reflect on what God has done and is doing as we end one year and prepare to begin another. Our hope is that, as a community, we might challenge and encourage one another in our calling as agents of gospel-centered renewal.

2012 BUSINESS PLAN COMPETITION WORKSHOP & APPLICATION DEADLINE
The deadline to submit an executive summary and application for the 2012 competition is November 9th at 10 PM. Our 2nd workshop, Start-up Finance Fundamentals, will take place on November 16, at 7 PM. If you or someone you know has an idea for a venture, please join us.

CULTURE CLUB: ABT's THE NUTCRACKER
We will wrap up 2011 with the American Ballet Theatre's production of the Nutcracker. Culture Club creates opportunities to learn about and experience the arts in NYC. We hope you will join us.

FALL JURIED ART EXHIBITION: LOOKING FOR TRANSFORMATION
Over 40 works from artists within the Redeemer community are now on display at the Redeemer offices. The exhibition will be on display until January 3rd so schedule a time to come see the show and support your fellow Redeemerites.
