Photography Perspectives
Learn more about fine art photography with Redeemer professional photographer and educator Ryann Cooley and the International Center of Photography’s current exhibition, "Perspectives 2010: Carol Bove, Lena Herzog, Matthew Porter, Ed Templeton, Hong-An Truong." These artists not only examine and extend the use of the photographic medium, but also use it as a means towards social and philosophical commentary.
We'll meet at the Redeemer offices at 6:00pm for a short lecture, then walk over to ICP and view the exhibition from 7:00-8:00 (if you can't join us at 6:00pm for the talk, you can still meet us at the exhibition, just let Maria know in advance). Q&A with Ryann in Bryant Park afterwards. Suggested donation at the museum is $5 (at the door), but advance registration is required to join the group. Register here.
