Jill Lamar, director of Barnes & Noble’s “Discover Great New Writers” program, leads a new book group, meeting on the last Wednesday of each month. We will be reading some of the best fiction from the last 10 years and discussing it together through the lens of a Christian worldview.

For August 27: Miss Garnet's Angel  by Salley Vickers. A British novel about a schoolteacher who sojourns in Venice after the death of a dear friend, and finds her life transformed.
